The 5 habits of Successful weight loss

Within a hypnotherapy weight loss programme, you will be able to develop the following five habits that lead to success:

  1. Preparing and eating smaller, healthier portions
  2. Recognising when you have had enough food (and then stopping)
  3. Eating only when you are hungry
  4. Eating four or five small meals rather than two or three larger ones
  5. Taking regular exercise

There are lots of other positive changes that are also likely to occur in a hypnotherapy weight loss programme but these five key habits help to stabilise blood sugar levels, normalise metabolic levels and lead to a safe and natural reduction in weight.
