Many self help books talk about the importance of placing positive imagery of things you would like to achieve in places where you will see them regularly. For example if you had a goal of buying a new car, you would put pictures of the one you want on cupboards or the fridge – anywhere you look regularly.Fleur’s Soul Portraits work in a similar way, but instead of guiding your mind to a goal, the painting serves as a powerful reminder of who you really are.
It is an image that guides you back to yourself.
Fleur is an international artist and receives commissions from around the world. And, as the foundation of my approach to therapy and coaching is to help people get back to themselves (and from that place create the reality they want), I want to give Fleur’s work special mention.
